SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

Orders placed on the S.B.R. Adventures website are created and fulfilled upon order.  This means no stock piling items and no warehouse eating up land, sucking power from the grid and using up other valuable resources.  This does mean it takes a little longer to receive your order, but be patient and be green!  Items are shipped via USPS and can be tracked using the associated tracking number provided once shipped.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

We accept returns only on misprints and factory defective items.  If you have worn it (other than to try it on), ripped it, or otherwise damaged an item, a return will not be accepted.  If you break it you buy.  If an item does not fit it can be exchanged for a different size at cost of shipping the return item or returned for store credit at cost of shipping return item.  Only one return allowed per item per customer for items that do not fit.  Buyers remorse returns will not be accepted.  See warranty section below for items damaged during shipping.

About Our Policy

S.B.R. Adventures fully warranties all factory defects.  Customer must report factory defect within 5 days of receiving the item and provide picture or pictures of factory defective item that shows sufficient evidence of factory defect for item to be eligible for warranty.  Any damage caused to an item once received will not be warrantied. This includes but is not limited to rips, tears, staining, burns, or any other damage to an item.  Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.  Items damaged during shipping may be eligible for warranty if reported within 5 day and after review.  Customer must provide picture or pictures of damaged item and packaging for item to be eligible for warranty in case of damage during shipping.

All About Information Security

Our Privacy Policy is really simple.  User and customer data collected is used exclusively  for the purpose of customer service and order fulfillment.  User  and customer data is not sold to any other parties or used for marketing purposes.  User and customer data is collected when a transaction is made or a subscription to the website is initiated by a user or customer.  Data that may be collected includes personnel information such as name, address, company name, company address, credit card or debit card information, and billing and shipping address's, email address, and phone number.  None of this data is saved.  Data that may be collected and displayed on the S.B.R. Adventures website site are customer reviews.  S.B.R.
